Into the blue

Yes, it’s something you do at school (if you’re lucky – my dreadful school never knowingly promoted or rewarded creativity). Along with making a pinhole camera. And it’s all about flowers and leaves an pretty things, right?

Not on my watch. I relish the magical transition that happens during the cyanotype process. Especially the fact that you never quite know what’s going to happen, however much you measure and test. It’s the polar opposite of AI, and for that we must be thankful.

The blue’s bloody gorgeous too, is it not? It’s become an obsession.
